Visitor Tracking

Real Time Visitor Tracking
This feature allows you to see who is visiting your site, what they are looking at and how long they stay. You have visibility to how your visitors are navigating through your site and if they leave your site, you can track them when they return. You also have the ability to see what "pay per click" your visitors are using, such as Google Adwords, which allows you to target your marketing efforts. Not only can you see how your customers are getting to your site, you can see where in the world they are located. This will allow you to track geographic marketing data as well as customize interactions by region.

Google AdWords
You can track what key word a customer entered your site from on Google Pay Per Click. This enables you to determine what key words are producing the most visitors to your site. You will have the ability to maximize your advertising return on investment by proactively engaging customers as they navigate your site.

Google Maps
With Google Map Integration, you can see where in the world your customers are located. This allows you to determine what marketing strategies are working, which ones are not. You can also determine what geographical locations are being reached by your marketing efforts and what regions need attention.

Referrer and Entry URLs
This feature gives you the ability to track what site a customer came from and on what page they initially entered your site at. This will allow you do analyze your advertising ROI and determine where your marketing efforts are most successful.

Live Visitor Grouping
You may group your visitors into categories, such as new visitor, returning visitor, existing customer, prospect, IP address , location, current page, prospect level, PPC. This is the one I really had problems with

Prospect and Customer Tagging
You may "tag" a customer or prospect that you have spoken with, so that you know who they are and what product or service they are interested in or have purchased. Your customers will be impressed that you are familiar with their issues and the personal service will help in keeping the customer happy.

Visitor Entry/Exit Alerts
Quite simply, you can receive an alert when a customer enters your site. This alert can be audio, text or both. This allows you to be immediately aware of a visitor to your site so that you can proactively engage them. You can also receive an alert when a visitor exits your site.

Visitor Footprints
This feature keeps a record of the navigational path a visitor to your site used. This information will permit you to determine what keywords or urls are the most common entry point, as well as how customers most commonly navigate through your site. If you have pages that are seldom visited on your site, you will be able to remove them or edit them so that they are more effective.

WhoIs, Ping and Trace Route
This built in utility allows you to gather information on who is visiting your site and where they are coming from. This is also useful in tracking down internet problems. Ping permits you to send data to an IP to determine if the IP is functional. If you do not get a reply from the IP, you know it is not functioning properly. Trace Route allows you see the route data takes to get from point A to point B, and WhoIs shows you the registration information for a domain name.
